Warranty Policies

General Warranty Policy
These are AdamTelco's ("Adam Telco", "We" or "our") Standard Warranty Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the AdamTelco.com website.
  • Certain Items are covered by our Adam Telco 1 Year warranty (outlined below)
  • Certain items are covered by our Adam Telco 90 day warranty
  • Certain items are covered by the manufacturers' warranty policy.
  • Adam Telco warranties start from the date of shipment
  • No additional warranty is given on replacement parts.


Adam Telco 1 Year Warranty Policy
Items that covered under the Adam Telco 1 Year warranty policy are warranted against

  • Manufacturer Defect
  • Out of Box Failure
  • Failure due to the quality and build of the item

Items waranted under our 1 year warranty policy will be replaced during the first 90 days of the warranty policy term, afterwards our repair / replace policy comes into effect. Adam Telco will may attempt to repair the item and it is unrepairable, it will be replaced.

 

Adam Telco 90 Day Warranty Policy
Items that covered under the Adam Telco 90 day warranty policy are warranted against

  • Manufacturer Defect
  • Out of Box Failure
  • Failure due to the quality and build of the item

Items waranted under our 90 day warranty policy will be replaced during the warranty policy term.

 

Manufacturer Warranty
If a product  is covered by the manufacturers' warranty, it will be cleaerly stated on that item's webpage. Manufacturers' warranty policy details are typically available at the manufacturers website.  Please note that items in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.

In some cases, you might still need to return these items to us but with the manufacturer RMA number for replacement, in other case you may be required to return the item directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

 

Right to Troubleshoot
Due to the sensitive and complicated nature of telecom equipment, we reserve the right, at our descretion, to attempt troubleshooting certain products in place prior to issuing an RMA # .
80% of the time, we can identify setup or operator error. We guarantee to resolve this issue quickly if implemented and this process is generally started the same day.

 

Replacement
In the event an item convered under an Adam Telco warranty fails and is to be replaced, it will be repalced with the same item. If we are replacing in advance of our receipt of the defective product, a credit card or other security will have to be charged. This will be credited upon our receipt of the original product. If an item proves defective for any reasons other than what our policy covers, the freight for the replacement item will be charged to you. All items returned for replacement must reach our warehouse or destination given to you during the RMA process withint 15 days of the RMA issue.

All returns must have an RMA number and that RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of outer packaging.  Please do not write the RMA number or attach any labels to the manufacturers box or a restocking fee will be imposed.

NOTE: Adam Telco recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

 

Shipping
Adam Telco does not pay for shipping of defective items under any warranty policy, however, any replacement item that is covered under an Adam Telco warranty will be shipped to you at no charge via UPS ground.  You may opt to pay for a faster shipping method and the ground shipping will be deducted from this shipping amount.

What the Adam Telco warranty polcies DO NOT cover.

  • Equipment that was damaged due to misuse, abuse, neglect or accidental handling or improper installation
  • Equipment that has been altered or modified without authorization by Adam Telco.
  • Equipment rendered inoperative by fire, flood, lightening, surge via power, surge via phone line or any ACT OF NATURE
